Lookout for the real Post

It's 2:53am and this cold might eventually send me to log off earlier than expected but I must start a draft for this post today. I have suffered a writer's block for the last month so this is my first real attempt at typing actual words other than a zany status on WhatsApp or a Tweet on the bird app. Color me surprised, because I never thought a day would come where I will stare as hard as I have stared at this white space for hours with nothing to write about. I must, therefore, chuck my surprise and tell you something you just might find read-worthy.

I have decided to not concern myself with matters like if the virus has eventually spread to far away closed off Mullumbimby or if scientists have discovered a way to contain it because there is only so much a girl can handle. Not to sound selfish or inhumane the virus has my life royally f***ed anyway and damn if I give it another chance to elevate my blood pressure level. All I do is pray some more and that will be my little contribution to this fight. We have survived so much already this year and I am almost positive the year couldn't get any more riveting. Amidst the media frenzy about the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement, the Say NO to RAPE culture, and the recent Hacktivist Attacks (which is my most favorite part because I recently took a course on Hacktivism in Cybersecurity), the world sure has a lot on their plate. I have realized yet again that no matter how far ahead humanity has advanced in its quest for evolution, racism and bigotry still trumps the love we have spent eternity preaching. This is not a plea to change minds or ideas and opinions it is me subtly giving up on the human race for the umpteenth time. Like I often say, I am only a plebeian blogger who has had little to no experience reporting the matter; my take on the said matter -  accept people disregarding where they come from or what they look like, thinking of it as the least thing to contribute to humanity.

Technology will not be the death of me but it was quite refreshing to see 'Anonymous' at work once again. After years of being relatively quiet, they have returned and have promised to leak confidential information about the police force to the public in a bid to defame them. While it's okay to say Hacktivism should be abhorred, thinking on the bright side of things, this can be the one way to curb societal ills. This will be all about this for fear of revealing my Jekyll and Hyde character.
Sexual predators (men and women) who continue to unleash their sadomasochistic tendencies by taking sexual advantage of people is something I will never be able to wrap my head around. The approach of talking and ranting about this issue has become stale hence the only way to forward should be the high handed way of punishment and justice to these sexual offenders.

The beauty of staying away from the outside for this long is the level of creativity I have honed unfortunately in other aspects of my life save for blogging. I have learned from the best and created only the best and most beautiful dresses in the last month. This is the part where I say and mean it with every fiber of my being 'I am proud of myself'. I have managed to save my waistline and in fact, have recorded a few inches smaller waistline hence I am now a firm believer of the phrase "never say never". Who would have thought a day would come when I'd say no to rice and pasta or cake and refined sugar? This is my life now and boy I am seeing only the best results.

This is something to keep you entertained until the real post comes along and I hope to God you have been entertained some. Until when you get a new mail notification or I blow up your phones with the 'NEW POST ALERT' notification remember I totally love you and hope that you are in the best of health and sound mind even though I am halfway to bat shit crazy        πŸ€£
